CEMC’s Executive Committee derives its authority from, and is accountable to, the EFC Board of Directors.
The CEMC Executive Committee comprises member company representatives.

The purpose of the Executive Committee is to:

• develop and carry out long-range plans;
• ensure the effective implementation of all programs; and
• carry out such other responsibilities related to improving member programs and services.
