Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) administers four sector-specific industry organizations, which are commonly referred to as “Councils.” This unique structure provides the flexibility for members from many different segments of the electrical, electronics, and telecommunications industries to meet and address issues that are specific to their sector.
Canadian Appliance Manufacturers Association (CAMA)
Comprises manufacturers and marketers of major, portable, and floor care household appliances.
Consumers Electronics Marketers of Canada (CEMC)
Comprises companies that produce and/or distribute consumer electronic and telecommunications products in Canada.’
Electrical Council (EC)
Represents companies that manufacture, distribute and sell a wide range of electrical products in Canada.
Installation, Maintenance and Repair Sector Council and Trade Association (IMR)
Represents member companies operating within the residential appliance and electronic service industry.
