Partners in Distribution Excellence (PIDE)
PIDE is an association-run organization that is dedicated to promoting the professional and market development of the distribution industry through a wide range of informational resources, training workshops, and education forums. PIDE is sponsored by the S&D Council, Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH), and Canadian Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Wholesalers (CHRAW), in collaboration with Association Education Alliance (AEA). Industrial Distribution Leadership Certificate Program (IDLCP)
The Supply & Distribution Council is a proud supporter of the Industrial Distribution Leadership Certificate Program (IDLCP) which is now officially part of Mohawk College’s Continuing Education program. The program is intended for individuals already working with industrial distribution, manufacturing or manufacturing reps who have key accounts and client relations. The extensive program offers key skill sets including: business principles, operational awareness, client service principles and leadership training and coaching.
All courses are now available on-line! The on-line program is accessible anywhere in Canada and taught by an instructor with each course having a set amount of time to finish. Those taking the online course must visit their local community college for testing. Online course dates:
