The Supply & Distribution (S&D) Council, a division of Electro-Federation Canada (EFC), brings together the manufacturers, distributors and manufacturers' representatives of electrical equipment in Canada. S&D is unique in that it brings together these three players into one joint group.
The S&D Council delivers member value in spades. Just as the success of a store depends on locations, location and location, the three markers that position an association for continued success are knowledge, knowledge and knowledge. The mission of the council is to enhance the electrical distribution channel as the “Channel of Choice” by delivering value-added knowledge to the industry. To this end, the S&D Council offers members the following three drivers which serve as the conduits to knowledge formation:

S&D Advisory Committee
The Supply & Distribution (S&D) Advisory Committee is made up of approximately 23 electrical distributors, manufacturers and CEMRA representation. We attempt to provide coverage across the country and throughout as many product groupings as possible. The mission of the Committee is to guide and support the Supply and Distribution members through our knowledge and advice for the betterment of the electrical industry. The group serves and contributes to committees which enhance the value to the members. They serve on a three-year term.
