The Electrical Council (EC), a division of Electro-Federation Canada (EFC), in conjunction with the National Association of Electrical Distributors’ (NAED), has launched a French edition of the Bronze Level Electrical Products Education Course (EPEC). Driven by the Electrical Council’s Quebec Region, this initiative was made possible by industry sponsors, and is only available to EC member companies.

The English program has enriched the electrical industry in Canada for many years. EPEC is known throughout the electrical industry as a symbol of quality and a gauge of professional competency, as it integrates the full range of products a distributor sells with a unique systems approach. EPEC not only provides information about individual products and their applications, but shows how each is interrelated with other products in electrical systems.

“This valuable program is a key benefit to the electrical industry. The launch of the Bronze Level in French is the result of collaboration between EC, NAED, and the generous financial support of our members,” said Rick McCarten, Vice-President, Electrical Council.

EC is currently working to translate the EPEC Silver and Gold programs into French.
