Since ta king the helm at EFC in 2017\, Carol has been instrumental in advancing th e organization’s mission to represent and support the electrical industr y in Canada. Temi has over 10 years of advisory and strategy experience in the power sector.  In previous roles\, she supported govern ments globally in designing and incorporating best practices across their policies and regulations\, market incentives\, and renewable energy progra ms to accelerate their energy and power sector transformations. Temi has an MSc in Natural Resource Economics from Cranfield University.
