EFC’s Women’s Network is a platform where women and supporters of women of EFC member companies can come together, share their experiences and thoughts, and support each other in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

EFC’s Quebec Region Women’s Committee aims to provide a space for women in the industry for open dialogue and to help improve their professional and personal lives. With this in mind, the Women’s Committee is organizing a Lean In session on leadership this September.

Join us and share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences in the electrical industry on September 28th at 4:00 pm at the Stanpro office.

Please note that this session is mainly in French, and English will be accommodated.* 

In small breakout sessions, members will work on a Lean In discussion guide on Centred leadership.
