EFC Named to 2019 List of Best Workplaces™ Managed by Women

Several months ago, EFC announced it had earned a Great Place to Work™ (GPTW) designation. This recognition is now further heightened with a new honour – EFC has also been named to the List of Best Workplaces™ Managed by Women published by the Globe and Mail Report on Business December 10th 2019.

“This latest honour salutes EFC staff and members; thank you for supporting our various diversity initiatives and fostering a culture of change,” said Carol McGlogan, President & CEO, EFC. “Our organization is managed by a number of strong leaders, both men and women alike, who help shape a culture of inclusion and empowerment. We are also fortunate to have exemplary members from across the spectrum of this industry who are committed to diversity and equal opportunity in the electrical market. Congratulations to us all on this special acknowledgement.”

Coming this January: Carol will share full insights on this achievement in a live Webinar, hosted by GPTW on January 15th. Click here to register!
