EFC’s YPN National Committee Appoints New Vice Chair

EFC is pleased to announce Clémence Marseille, Agence Ricard, has been appointed the new Vice Chair of the YPN’s National Committee for a two-year term beginning in January 2026.

Clémence began her career in the electrical industry in 2019 as Marketing Director for a lighting manufacturer, after eight years in the outdoors industry. From the start, she immersed herself in the EFC community, joining the Québec Region YPN, the Women’s Network, and the Marketing Network. She served as Chair of the Marketing Network from 2023 to 2024 and is currently Vice-Chair of the Québec YPN since 2024. In January 2026, she will proudly take on the role of Chair of the Québec YPN, coinciding with the network’s 10th anniversary.

Since 2024, Clémence has been Marketing Director at Agence Ricard, a dynamic manufacturer’s representative agency in Québec, where she brings innovation, creativity, and bold strategies to support manufacturers and drive growth in the market.
