1.CONTEST PERIOD
The “EFC 2025 Research Survey Contest” (the “Contest”) begins on March 25, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).
2.ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Electro Federation Canada (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3.HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, participants must complete the designated survey in full and submit their responses during the Contest Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
4.PRIZES
There are three (3) prizes available to be won, each consisting of a Visa gift card valued at $100.00 CAD. The prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about April 17, 2025, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place at the Sponsor’s office or another designated location. The selected entrants will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and sign a Declaration and Release Form within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification, and another winner may be selected.
6.GENERAL CONDITIONS
- By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Contest.
- By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical issues that may affect participation.
- The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
7.PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
