EFC Ontario Region Golf Tournament Breaks New Records
On Tuesday, June 21st, Ontario Region members and guests took to the fairways at Nobleton Lakes Golf Course, all in 34-degree weather, to experience a great day of golf matched with industry networking.
This year 220 golfers participated over 27 holes, up from 200 last year. In 2010, we had approximately 72 golfers, now, 12 years later, we have surpassed 200 registered golfers. Thank you to everyone who participated in this fun day of golf, and special thank you to David Bevilacqua, Legrand, for sponsoring the golf ball sleeves for each golfer.
Ontario Region Chair, John Hadley, Intralec was pleased with this year’s record-breaking participation. Hadley said it was such an incredible feeling to see COVID restrictions released, and everyone simply enjoying each other’s company in person. The positive vibe was certainly contagious, he added.
