EFC Scholarship Foundation – Last Call to Promote Your Company to College and University Students

Since 1995, Electro-Federation Canada (EFC), representing over 260 organizations in the electrical and automation industries, continues to support university and college students with funding through the EFC Scholarship Foundation.

The Scholarship Foundation provides an opportunity for EFC members to promote their organizations to thousands of college and university students across the country.  Our industry is at the center of the fight against climate change with solutions to enable electrification and energy efficiency.  Students are in search of growing industries with positive social impact and the electrical and automation industries are a perfect fit.

Participants in the scholarship foundation can customize their scholarship by geography, discipline or by candidate background.  Members have supported students with careers in: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technologist/Technician, Industrial Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Data Analytics, and Information Technology, to name a few.  Many scholarships have been available to support diversity and inclusion, encouraging indigenous, underrepresented ethnicities, and women students to apply.

“The EFC Scholarship Foundation provides our members with the opportunity to connect with the brightest students in Canada while supporting their education and possibly offering a job placement upon graduation,” said Carol McGlogan, President & CEO of Electro-Federation Canada.

Customized scholarships are $3500.00.  Members can also participate in the $1000.00 scholarship category.  Participation in the scholarship program is open until January 26th.  Contact Carol McGlogan at cmcglogan@electrofed.com for more information.
