Maureen Farrow is President of Economap Inc., which offers strategic economic advisory services to business and government. During her career, Maureen has specialized in applied economics, forecasting, and policy development. Her professional experience spans more than 40 years and includes a wide range of engagements and industry sectors. In addition to serving on Equitable Life of Canada’s Board of Directors since 1994, Maureen is a member of the Investment Committee of the WCB of British Columbia, WSIB of Ontario and McGill Pension Investment Committee. Over the past twenty years Maureen has also served as a director of a number of public and private companies. Maureen holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Hull University, England and undertook Post Graduate work at York University, Ontario. In 1991, Maureen was made a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, in honour of her contribution as an economist to the business community.
