EFC’s Quebec Region Executive Committee, in collaboration with the Quebec Region YPN Committee, invites you to the conference “Osez!” (Dare!) with Stéphane Slogar, on October 28, 2020 à 9:30 AM, via the Zoom Webinar platform. Stéphane Slogar, founder of the company SLOGAR, as well as the law firm SLOGAR Juriconseils, will share his ideas on aligning ourselves for the future, and discuss such themes as innovation, competitiveness, growth, flexibility and adaptability, succession planning and much more.

In 2005, Stéphane founded SLOGAR, a company dedicated exclusively to representing the interests of people who are injured in an automobile accident or while on the job against the SAAQ and the CNESST. In addition, in 2011, Stéphane founded a law firm, SLOGAR Juriconseils, a firm that assists people who have suffered work-related injuries or road accidents, as well as people with disability insurance, against the private insurers and the courts.
Stéphane is now passionately dedicated to the development of organizational conditions that favour both corporate and human enrichment within companies. Stéphane is also known for his capacity to communicate and inspire excellence as well as his desire for the realization of each person within an organization.
The Conference « Osez ! » (Dare!)
In an era where many companies must do more with less, having to compensate for labour shortage and adapt to a digital revolution, our humans are suffering in our organizations. The statistics are alarming, both with non-attendance at work as with the lightning evolution of mental health problems caused by work. In this context, it is imperative to improve the well-being of our employees for the health of our work environment and for the success of our companies.
Stéphane shows, with concrete examples, how the key requirements for the realization of one’s full potential within an organization are within reach.

COVID-19 very rapidly became a pandemic and the health system is overburdened and many people are significantly affected by the social distancing measures in place and the impact on the economy. As the Fall Activity is offered for free to the EFC membership this year, we invite you to make a donation to one of the charities below which have been raising funds since the beginning of the pandemic in response to the economic and social impacts.
