Confidence is essential in all areas of our life, including leadership. It is important component to career advancement. Confident people are more likely to volunteer for opportunities, take risks, learn from each interaction, and fulfill their potential. In addition, by acting confident, you can influence how others perceive you, and you can change how you feel about yourself.

Language: This virtual activity will be held in French, however, if during the discussions, you feel more comfortable sharing in English, we encourage you to do so.

Do not miss this free virtual event. Come and meet and discuss with other women and supporters of women in the electrical industry. A discussion guide will be sent to all registrants a few days before the event.

More on Lean In Circles: Lean In Circles are small groups of peers who meet regularly to learn and grow together. We know there is real power in this kind of support: research shows we are able to learn and accomplish more in groups. If women typically have less access to mentors than men do, receiving advice from their peers can be just as effective, even more so that studies show we learn more in small groups. This is where the power of Lean In Circles lies. For more information about Lean In, please visit the Lean In website.
