The Beer

We host the most comprehensive collection of craft beer on the Island. Our loyalty to independently owned breweries in the Maritimes and across North America allows our guests to enjoy local favourites as well as ales not readily available on our little slice of paradise.

The Food

Executive Chef Alyssa Dignard is responsible for launching a new menu every two weeks, which is a Herculean task by all measures. Hopyard has a reputation of having fun with food, playing with international and domestic flavours, and fusing styles allowing our guests the opportunity to share their love of food.

The Vinyl

A lot of people spent their youth on their bedroom floors spinning records and dreaming. Vinyl has made a huge comeback and our bar is on board. Take your beer for a walk down memory lane, sift through our extensive record collection, find something you like and bring it to the bar so we can throw it on our house turntable.
