Inspired by our traditional lumberjack heritage, the Timber Lounge is a licensed axe throwing facility, where we turn the ordinary into the AXEtraordinary!
Join us June 22, 2023 at Atlantic Canada’s premier axe throwing facility! Prior to Timber Lounge, we will GATHER at the Side Hustle Snack Bar (21 Portland St Unit 2) for a pre-event mixer and appetizers at 5 p.m.

What to Know Before You Go!
A loose fitting top is recommended to allow unrestricted upper body and arm motion. Baggy hoodies are not recommended while throwing. Close toed shoes are mandatory. No sandals or flip flops. High heels are also not recommended. Lumberjack plaid is not mandatory, but always appreciated!
Do you provide all the equipment?
Yes! We provide a variety of double bitted axes suitable for all throwing abilities. Our axes are perfectly balanced and do the hard work for you. Targets are trunks made of spruce and pine.
Will someone show us how to throw an axe?
Yes! Our trained professional staff will give you a brief orientation at the beginning of your event where you will be shown the proper and safe way to throw the axe. Our staff will remain on hand to ensure safety and to provide tips and tricks throughout your event.
