Once you land a career in the Electrical industry, EFC has the perfect program to keep you connected and engaged! This program unites young professionals across Canada who are currently employed at an EFC member organization and who are 40 years of age and younger. Joining YPN helps members build and strengthen professional relationships, gain industry knowledge, develop leadership skills, and give back to the electrical community.
Riipen connects students and companies to work on industry-relevant projects. All industry projects are facilitated by instructors and included in curriculum, equipping students with the skills needed for the workforce.
As an alternative to traditional internships or co-op, Riipen is offering an opportunity for companies to engage students through virtual internships. Internships can be done by one student or in teams. They can be field placements, co-ops, applied research, or projects which are offered as co-curricular experiences or for academic credit.
