WaveMakers 2026: Exploring Change, Leadership, and What Comes Next
Nearly 700 members of the Electro-Federation Canada community gathered in Halifax, Nova Scotia for EFC’s 2026 Annual Industry Conference: WaveMakers: Where Disruption Meets Direction.
Against a backdrop of technological change, evolving business priorities, and policy developments, the conference provided timely insights, strategic perspectives, and industry-focused dialogue to help members navigate a rapidly shifting landscape.
A highlight of the conference included the presentation of EFC’s 2026 Research and advocacy initiative, Make the Switch: Unlock the Grid, which explores the infrastructure, technology, and investment priorities required to support Canada’s electrification future.
