The 2020 Rep of the Future study, organized and researched by Channel Marketing Group, is the first in a series of NEMRA Insights. This study shares marketplace research gathered from manufacturer representatives, manufacturers and distributors. It is designed to give insight into what each member of the channel feels is needed to thrive.

This exclusive opportunity includes a live session presentation by Jim Johnson, President, NEMRA, and Dave Gordon, President, Channel Marketing Group, who will review key findings from the report and answer any of your questions or pressing concerns.

Key Questions to Drive Strategy:

Open to all EFC members. This topic will be of particular interest to the following leaders:

  • Who is the new customer? How does this impact the rep?
  • How does technology and data sales management play a role in the process?
  • What are the skills, resources, and business models the rep of the future needs?
  • How can an agency manage the different needs and set expectations accordingly?
