EFC Joins Other Leading Business Organizations to Call on Government to Protect Jobs and Postpone Non-Essential New Measures

On March 21st, 2020, more than 60 leading businesses joined forces to call on governments, at all levels, to support a national effort to protect jobs and postpone non-essential new measures in light of COVID-19.

Some of the propositions business leaders are asking government to implement include:

• More direct funding for employees
• Postponement of any new tax increases, non-essential regulations and unnecessary consultations
